The windmill was a lovely and unusual place to stay in..a little remote location which we loved.. Everything was clear and spotless..surprised that each bedroom had its own shower and bath.Would definitely look to return in the near future..

We had a fantastic stay in the converted windmill. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. It really feels a unique building and we were delighted to experience it.The mill is in open countryside and views from the top floor were amazing. Access to the upper floors is by spiral stair and finally to the 3rd floor by a "paddle" ladder, which added adventure to the evenings! It is in a quiet rural location. The nearest shops or any facilities are a 15-20 minute drive away in different directions, so we planned ahead for buying provisions.

Melin Newydd is a wonderful place, beautifully restored and superbly equipped, and in a lovely location in the Anglesey countryside. We loved our Easter break here and hope to be back again one day.
