This area is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, including breathtaking coastal views, sandy beaches and rolling countryside. The village itself offers the opportunity to buy local produce from a specialist shop and a post office & general store, ensuring all your daily needs are met. It’s just a few minutes’ drive to the port town of Amlwch with its pretty harbour and selection of shops including handy supermarket plus a variety of pubs and eateries. There are glorious sandy beaches, birdwatching and fishing and the wonderful coastal path for walking nearby, you may even be lucky enough to spot the red squirrels, dolphins, porpoises and seals! Boat trips for fishing and puffin watching are easily accessible as are the medieval Beaumaris Castle and National Trust property of Plas Newydd House & Gardens and Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is also within easy reach plus day trips to Ireland.

A beautiful, well equipped cottage in a quiet village. Perfectly placed for exploring the island and further afield. The cottage is very comfortable with a well kept garden and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The welcome pack was very generous too. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Tyn Giat is a spotless holiday cottage that has been beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished and equipped so it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The garden is well planted and a lovely spot to relax in after being out for the day. The cottage’s location made it a great base for a week of circular coastal walks - Anglesey’s scenery and coastline is stunning. We had whole beaches to ourselves in August, crystal clear sea to swim in and then came back to a place of luxury. The owners had thought of everything!
