Very nice housekeeper—Karen was very helpful and the welcome basket was huge. But the absolute best thing about this house is its location—the peaceful tranquility by the loch is indescribably beautiful. We experienced a starry night—it was a dream to enjoy the starry sky from the conservatory.

We went to old mission hall for a complete rest. That's what we had. Storm Amy began Friday night and all through Saturday. The wife, myself and the doggies snuggled up to a log burner and it was restful and restorative. Their is central heating for those adverse to log fires. It was tricky to find at first since we arrived in the dark but a contact from the house next door came to our rescue. Absolutely fabulous.

And the welcome from the house keeper was greatly appreciated. I could see a lot of thought has gone in to making sure that everything which we may need was thought about. We have already rebooked again for 2 weeks next year. Many thanks.
