Only five miles from the pretty conservation village of West Linton and the Royal Burgh of Peebles. By the banks of the bonnie River Tweed, renowned for its excellent salmon and trout fishing. The town also boasts excellent shopping and leisure facilities, including Eastgate Theatre & Arts Centre, Gytes Leisure Centre and golf courses.
