The surrounding was very quiet so in the morning you waked up by different singing birds. Great!!

On the positive side it was warm, clean and had a nice welcome packet. The kitchen is well equipped but the chest freezer is badly stained. It is tired and in urgent need of redecorating. The recent installation of a shower has resulted in very poor decoration with paint runs everywhere on the skirting board. The shower pressure is barely adequate. The patio is uneven and overgrown.
