"A most sympathic place to stay, with a small harbour downhill, and at a good distance of so much attractions, houses, abbeys, coastal visits.Thank you for this discovery, and the unusual placement of the bedrooms and of the places of life; without ignoring the balcon opportunities..."

"It was a great location, quiet with fantastic sea views, picturesque skies and wildlife. Not far from the train to Edinburgh for more activity"

"Stunning panoramic sea views from upstairs. Great location for numerous day visits. Great walking and swimming close by. Spotlessly clean inside. Very peaceful location."

"this is the perfect place if you feel like getting away from it all, yet having everything nearby if you want it. I would have stayed for a month if I could."
    Helen
"Lovely views. Ideal place for peace and relaxation."
    Mandy
"Simply beautiful. This was a last minute booking and as such, we didn't expect too much from it. What a wonderful surprise to find such a well kept, spotlessly clean and well appointed cottage. We loved the views, peace and quiet, easy to find location and virtually everything about the cottage. The spiral staircase was a worry at first, but take it slowly and there are no problems, my husband is the most clumsy man ever, but he had no issues. Would highly recommend this cottage to friends and family and we will be back as soon as we're able."
    Paul
"Convenient situation just off the A1 and few minutes walk from the lovely harbour. Coastal footpaths from the cottage and excellent views from the living room."
    Brian
"The view from the balcony is unsurpassed, ideal for watching Ganets and other seabirds. The location gave us easy access to the Borders, admittedly by car but walking along the coastal paths is right on the door step. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit. If there are any suggestions that could be offered we would suggest WiFi, it is increasingly being catered for now in cottages."
