Set on a quiet hillside with panoramic views across the nearby town of Fort William, Loch Linnhe and the majestic Ardgour Hills, Lochview Guest House is an idyllic retreat for your getaway to the Scottish Highlands.

Our seven comfortable bedrooms provide a great base for your holiday and many of our rooms enjoy magnificent views across Loch Linnhe.

Each room has its own en-suite shower facilities, TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

Breakfast

Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning for you and is served between 8am and 9:30 am in our Garden Room. Guests are welcome to enjoy our freshly prepared breakfast buffet including cereals, porridge, fruit, yoghurt, juices and hot beverages.  

Cooked options include our Lochview breakfast and a choice of lighter options including smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.  

We are more than happy to cater for special dietary requirements with prior notification.

Other Facilities

We have a non smoking policy throughout the guest house including the car park and grounds.  

We are sorry we are unable to accommodate pets.

Availability

Check-in is available between 15:00 and 19:00 and rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  

We do not accept stag and hen parties.  

Around and About

Fort William and its surrounding areas are full of places to explore throughout your stay. Keen walkers can hike up and around the highest mountain in the British Isles – Ben Nevis – which is around 7 miles from the town.  

You can explore the 120m Steall Falls, a lovely walk from Glen Nevis or take the Jacobite Express through the wilderness of the highlands from Fort William to Mallaig.  

The area boasts a number of award winning restaurants and eateries serving a wide range of cuisines.

Directions

 Our postcode, PH33 6EZ, will lead you to Argyll Terrace/Argyll Road, Lochview is on Heathercroft Road. On entering Argyll Terrace from the south we are the first turning on the right.
