Highland Sanctuary has been renovated to a high standard with the whole property and deck completely wheelchair accessible. A unique feature of the cottage is the charming potting shed, which has been transformed into a quiet reading area – the perfect spot to escape with a book and a cup of tea. For families and groups looking for entertainment, the well-equipped games room offers fun for all ages. There’s also secure storage for bikes and surfboards, making it easy to enjoy outdoor adventures without compromise. There is a community market on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from April through to September and the Dornoch Pipe Band plays in the square every Saturday evening at 8 pm from May to September. History enthusiasts will enjoy visiting Dunrobin Castle, one of Scotland’s most picturesque castles, while nature lovers can explore the nearby Loch Fleet Nature Reserve, home to seals, otters, and a wide array of birdlife.
