We were looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful location and that is what we got. A really well-appointed and clean cottage that felt homely to the two of us. History, nature and scenery all around. There is a pub (with pub grub). In addition, the Boathouse that does a varied menu of homemade dishes, including breakfasts (from 10am). As the village is so small and has no shop, make sure that you take some essential food items including milk with you.
