The lawned garden affords plenty of space for dogs and children, whilst the garage offers secure storage for canoes or bikes. Celebrated for its sandy bathing beach, fascinating rock pools and beautiful outlook, Rockcliffe is set within a superb section of the Solway Coast. Walks extend to picturesque Kippford, and along the coast path to the vast beach at Sandyhills. There are opportunities for gliding, birding, golf, sailing, biking, and forest trails nearby, whilst further afield offers historic castles, abbeys, houses and gardens.
Local amenities include a shop and seasonal cafe at Colvend, 2 minutes away by car, and a seasonal shop/cafe at Sandyhills, as well as a range of shops, cafe and pubs in Kippford, mobile post office at Colvend and mobile library.
