Guests say

Heatherbank is a well-received cottage, praised for its cleanliness, stunning location, and comfort. Guests enjoyed the hot tub and the property's amenities, though some noted the approach road could be challenging. The owner's attentiveness and the thoughtful welcome packs were appreciated, contributing to many memorable stays.

The property is consistently described as clean and immaculate, with only a single mention of a hot tub cleanliness issue. This suggests high standards of cleanliness are generally maintained.

The location is admired for its beauty and tranquillity, with easy access to local attractions. However, the approach road's condition and the ongoing construction work have been minor concerns for some guests.

Guests found the cottage comfortable, with spacious rooms and cosy living areas. The presence of a hot tub added to the comfort, although there were a few comments about sofa sizes and outdoor lighting.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen. Some guests suggested improvements in lounge seating and kitchenware, and there were mixed comments about the driveway and ongoing garden works.

The owner's responsiveness and the provision of welcome packs highlight a thoughtful approach to guest hospitality. While gifts like champagne were mentioned, it's important to note that such gestures, though delightful, are not guaranteed.
