Not usual one to give bad reviews but this needs highlighted as anyone staying here will be very very disappointed as well as the fact there are no reviews attached to the property. so hopefully this makes it... The apartment is actually on the market to be sold with a "for sale" sign attached. It feels like the owners will move furniture/equipment in and out to suit any poor holidaymaker who happens to rent it. Litany of disaster below:LOUNGE: No TV as advertised and the Wi-Fi did not work as the router ID never appeared on any of our devices (3 phones.2 Laptops and an iPad which could all "hotspot" effectively). I think there is no telephone line live to the property as why would you if its empty and on the market...The main window didn't close properly as the top catch didn't connect which meant noise and cold air constantly came into the property.KITCHEN:Totally inadequate cutlery and crockery for an apartment advertised as sleeping four as only 3 dinner plates, no side plates, 5 assorted bowls, no teaspoons among the mix of unmatching cutlery and old kitchen implements, a total of 3 glasses which included 2 flutes so no wine glasses or water glasses. No breadboards or chopping boardsNo Toaster or grill pan in the ovenNo microwave as advertisedDishwasher didn't work with "E5" error which when googled means it will not fill which makes me wonder if it's actually plumbed in!!!Kitchen sink mixer tap moved not secured and moved around when trying to use itThe Oven "tripped" the electricity main circuit board which luckily I knew how to remedy other guests may not and be without electricity with no one to call for helpBATHROOM:Tap marked "cold" was actually the HOT tap which produced scalding water which was very dangerous for all of us staying there.Hot towel rail didn't work so no facilities for drying towels as other heaters were electric storage heater type devicesOverall cleanliness of the bathroom was poor and the shower screen where it was fixed to the bath was very mouldy/dirtyBEDROOM 1:No heating at all in this room which even though its May was freezing. No curtain in the room as it was hanging off the rails and provided no blocking for early morning lightNo bedside lights or cabinets, appreciate this is not necessary but in this day and age getting out of bed to turn light off is a bit rare..Duvet covers didn't fit duvet meaning uncomfortable sleeps on a mattress that felt well passed its useable dateBEDROOM 2The "bed" was barely 18 inches from the floor as it did not have a divan base just the mid divan and mattress. Given my 85 year old mother had to use this bed as the other room had no heating it made getting up very difficult for her and adding stress and anxiety to us all weekend. No wardrobe or draw facilities for clothes
