..everything immaculate, well equipped and a credit to you. Many thanks too for the welcome items of wine, milk, fresh flowers and delicious cake, very generous. So peaceful and even in November we were lucky enough to eat our breakfast cereals and cuppa at the bench one morning on the patio in the sunshine.

Our neighbours, cows, sheep and pheasants where much better neighbours than humans... Lovely welcome pack, fruit cake was very tasteful. Wortley Hall gardens are worth the walk to, it was ashame the church in the village was locked. Worsbrough Mill and country park are only a 10 mins drive away, lovely walk around the resavoir. Interesting monuments etc in Wentworth Castle grounds (National trust) but there is a back way in, across the road, eventually up to some huge felled trees, it's not far from a caravan site, nice wooded path up. At home for a rest now.
