In the open plan living/dining space you have high ceilings as well as large bay windows, typical of period properties, making this room bright and inviting. The dining table for two is in the window, with a sofa and armchair perfect for relaxing in after a busy day exploring. The owners have carefully chosen furnishings to add a touch of luxury to your stay as well as ensuring you can relax in the highest level of comfort. The galley kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed to create your favourite home cooked meals, with a door opening out onto the cosy yet beautifully presented patio area, with a couple of outdoor seats. A perfect spot for us! The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, was spotless throughout and easy to access. Very comfortable, nice and bright. We were attending a weekend event at the nearby pavilion and it was in a very convenient location. Parking on the road outside was easy enough to find, and although I wasn't immediately outside the property, it was straight forward enough to find a spot just a little further along the road. Bed was very comfy with plenty of extra throws etc if needed. Big comfy couch, cosy little apartment. Would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again for ourselves. Thanks so much!

Living Room/Dining roomThis is not a living/dining room. It is however a large living room. The so called dining table in the bay window is a tall slim breakfast bar which would only fit 2 children/small adults.A square small table for two would be more practical in the window area.The large sofa bed is low to sit on & not very comfortable. Why do you need a sofa bed when it is advertised for two people. A more traditional everyday sofa would be better.Good sized TV except the power on/off button is very intermittent on the remote control.Good sized & comfortable armchair. Overall the room is nicely decorated.KitchenOverall the kitchen is practical & functional & nicely decorated.However we are not sure if there is a problem with one of the oven functions. Circle with a solid cross in it. Possible fan mode does not work. I.e. Does not heat the oven. Otherwise oven works ok.Not sure what your welcome pack consists of as all we found was a packet of biscuits. 2 teabags, a block of sugar still in its original paper wrapping. Also milk sachets. Not sure if left by previous guests. This did not bother us as we always bring our own Tea, Coffee, Milk & sugar.BedroomCompact with a double bed & open rack hanging rail with storage drawers underneath. Also another chest of drawers. The bed was comfortable & the room was functional & practical & nicely decorated.BathroomGood size & nicely decorated. Not enough toilet roll for a week. Not a problem as we always bring our own.Now for the shower/cubicle. The electric shower is very good. However the cubicle is very small. My wife & I are 6ft 2in of average build. My wife managed in the shower, I however did not. For the first time ever I had to get out of the shower to lather myself as you cannot bend down in the shower cubicle. Shame as there is enough room to fit a square/rectangle base cubicle.ParkingPlenty of street parking. Perhaps a street list/explanation of how/where you can park in your info pack may help. I did find info onlineOverall we enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again. Maybe?

The flat was large and pleasant. We felt at home. The bed was comfy though a lighterweight duvet would have been appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped.Bathroom and shower facilities were narrow and complete. There were no facilities for the disposal of feminine hygene products.
