Well situated. Only improvement would be more updated tvâs for the cold winter evenings. Will definitely return.

Nice and warm and kept to a very good standard. Kitchen well stocked. Very competitively priced - please keep it that way. Only comment is that double mattresses could do with decent toppers on - back bedroom was pretty hard. I like hard but a topper would make it more comfy hard.

We enjoy it's quiet location and setting under the rail viaduct which gives a pleasing walk along the cinder track into Whitby. The property is always warm and welcoming. Thanks again
