Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. .  Electric wall heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Welcome pack. .  Rear courtyard (shared).  Private parking for 1 car.  No smoking. .  The Sail Loft Apartment is a beautiful apartment situated along the quayside at Whitby and just a short stroll into the centre of town.  It is a contemporary apartment that has been recently updated ( Spring 2024) with renovations of the Georgian sash windows and some general improvements, it is tastefully decorated and with an open plan living space and views over the quay, a perfect place for a winter short break or a lazy summer holiday.  Whitby is bustling all year round and the town centre is full of little independent shops and cafés, and is famous with the locals for the fish and chips.  Cobbled streets lead up to Whitby Abbey, the inspiration for the ’Dracula’ novel by Bram Stoker, where you have to climb the 199 steps to reach the top. 

The large sandy beach is ideal for children, with donkeys, sandcastles and ice creams making it a traditional seaside resort.  With stunning views out to sea and rambling walks along . . .
