The hallway also leads to a the open plan kitchen/ dining room which seats up to five people overlooking the rear garden.

The well-equipped kitchen with its granite work surfaces and original Yorkshire stone floors, has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a built-in wine rack and a washing machine and dryer. It is open plan with the dining room and leads to a small garden.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. To the front is a good-size family bedroom with double bed and a single bed. The master bedroom has sea views and a 6′ super king bed.

The house bathroom is tiled in quality white and blue Delft tiles with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin plus an electric shaver socket in-built into the over-basin mirror.

A beautifully clean well equipped comfortable cottage in a quiet and lovely residential area only about 350 yards from the Beach . We will recommend Rigg Cottage to others and at some time return to Rigg Cottage for another visit.

Very clean with nice bedding and towels. There were however a few things that's need sorting out: -lino in dining room doesn't fit the floor and is rippled causing a trip hazard - plaster has fallen off of the wall in the front bedroom under the window - bath panel is held on with sticky tape If these were remedy the cottage would be perfect

Delightful little house, 2 minute walk to the seafront down a slight hill. Parking for 2 cars is debatable, perhaps 2 small cars. The rear garden is overlooked by another house at the end of the garden but we only saw the occupants once all week. The rear garden could do with tidying up and the previous holiday makers hadn’t cleaned up after their dog so apart from the first night we didn’t use the rear garden, we took our dog out. The cottage is comfortable, 2 comfortable sofas and an armchair, decent TV with a Humax freeview box. Great little kitchen/diner. 2 very comfortable bedrooms, really comfortable beds. A large bathroom which was also great, terrific shower and plenty of hot water. I would definitely recommend this place. We would stay here again.
