Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with beamed ceilings, plush sofas, and a wood burner. The open-plan kitchen flows into the dining area, with a large table for sociable gatherings. The kitchen boasts underfloor heating, a breakfast island and a double oven for family feasts. We had a lovely stay at Larpool Mews. Fabulous location, good size bedrooms and very clean.There was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen (like bad drains) the whole time we were there. My only other thing I would point out is the sofas which were very uncomfortable.

A large beautiful cottage that is very well equipped. Kitchen has 2 ovens which is just perfect when you have a lot of guests.I think it would benefit from a EV wall charger as charging electric cars in Whitby is limited. The shower in the main bathroom leaks through to downstairs, I think the sealant needs replacing. You can still use the bath that is in that room and there is another shower in the en suite. Very clean and spacious and would love to stay again
