Inside, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy focal point for evenings after exploring Whitby and the moors. The open-plan living space includes a snug sleeping area, dining table and nature books and local guides to inspire days out. A compact, well equipped kitchenette makes self-catering easy, and there is a modern en-suite space for freshening up. Spend days walking or cycling the nearby Cleveland Way and Cinder Track, then call in at Sleights’ pubs or fish and chip restaurant. Historic Whitby, with its abbey, harbour, museums, shops and seafood, is within easy reach.
