Stayed almost a week with extended family utilising all 8 of the en-suite rooms. What a brilliant house!! The house has everything needed to make the stay perfect, fully equipped kitchen with AGA and electric oven, a fantastic dining room to accommodate us all and very comfortable lounge with log burner. Very cosy with stunning views across the moors at the rear of the house. The outdoor dining area out the back makes for a great bbq area and again all within the stunning landscape. Loads of parking and very dog friendly so really want for nothing. I think we may all return perhaps for Christmas, stock up with food & booze and just chill for a week.

A large nicely decorated ( I love William Morris designs ) house. It was very suitable for multi generational family get togethers. The house is located in a scenic village that has tea rooms and hotel/inns that can cater for large groups of people. In the house some of the showers didn’t work but there are 2 baths.
