Harbourside House is a modern, end townhouse, located at the commencement of the Whitehall Landing Development, but within close proximity of the harbour and having pleasant harbour views. There is a children’s playground located behind the property, which will be well suited for families with small children. It has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and is a perfect base for couples and families looking to explore the Yorkshire Coast or the North York Moors area. There is an enclosed garden, patio and raised decking area with harbour views – great for dining al-fresco or just relaxing with a glass of wine. The property also has the luxury of a garage which can be used to store bicycles and a private parking area outside for two cars. A 10-minute walk will bring you into the heart of the town where you will find an abundance of activities and amenities to suit all the family. Whitby has so much to offer all year round and is a very popular place to visit. There are a large selection of pubs, quaint antique and gift shops and famous fish and chip shops. There are also several restaurants that have won many awards for excellent cuisine to suit all tastes. The local tour bus is an excellent way of visiting some of Whitby’s highlights including the stunning Abbey and St. Mary’s Church positioned on the Cliff top where you can enjoy spectacular views over Whitby and out to sea. There are also many events going on all year round including Whitby’s own Regatta, Folk week, music weekends and Goth Weekends which offer something to please everyone. If you would like to travel further afield you can visit many pretty coastal resorts dotted along the coast from Whitby including Sandsend, Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay which are all worth a day out. We welcome guests with a maximum of three well behaved pets, we have provided doggy towels, and a pump dog wash, for sandy/mucky doggies, pet cages are available ( stored within the garage, if guests wish to use them), pets are not allowed within bedrooms or upon furniture, and it is expected that guests clean up after their pets.
