This beautifully presented, modern second-floor apartment is positioned right in the heart of Whitby on the East Coast. Situated in the desirable ’’West Cliff’’ location and close to the famous Whitby Whale Bones this home from home is a mere stone’s throw away from the 3 miles of golden sandy beach, and only a few minutes walk into the town centre and harbour areas. Ideal if you want to leave your car and explore the area on foot. Within just 50 yards you will also find a shop, pub and restaurant. Enjoying breathtaking and uninterrupted views from the lounge you can see out to sea and as far as Kettleness Nab some 7 miles away. The kitchen and bedroom also afford stunning atmospheric church views, that come into their own on an evening due to the beautiful stained glass windows. It is a spacious, well-equipped apartment that has recently been refurbished and provides a perfect base for couples looking to explore Whitby town, this stunning coastline or the North York Moors National Park areas.

An excellent location with a lovely sea view from the lounge window. West Cliff is walking distance to town, harbour, Pannett Park as well as lots of good bars and restaurants. Flat is generally well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is on the second floor so be aware that it requires climbing a fair few stairs to get there. We also found the guest information booklet to be out of date - it required quite a hunt to find the WIFI code!Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would book again.
