They offered a £50 reduction which they re aged on, left the place cleaner than we entered, Fire blanket missing, shame donât keep to there words and actions especially as it was their offer and they didnât follow through and made excuses after the fact.

The faulty boiler meant no hot water. The cottage was very dirty. There were broken appliances and furniture in the kitchen. A general appearance of poor maintenance and lack of care.

The hot water wasn't available the whole 3days. The bedding and towels were very clean.
