About this Bed and Breakfast

We can't wait to welcome you to the Blencathra Guesthouse, where we offer B&B accommodation in Whitby. Just 5 minutes from the town centre, our B&B is the perfect place to stay for individuals, couples, contractors and business people, as well as small families. We welcome fishermen and bikers, and have space for up to 12 motorbikes on site. We're also a pet-friendly B&B, so that your dog can join you for a holiday in this charming fishing town. 

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

We have a lovely selection of en-suite rooms with light refreshments, beautiful views and comfortable beds. Most of our rooms offer beautiful views over the East Cliff and imposing Abbey.

Breakfast

We serve full English breakfasts as well as cereals, hot drinks, fresh juices, toast and preserves. We're happy to cater for special diets, and can serve vegetarian breakfasts. If you need an early breakfast or a packed lunch, just let us know. 

Other Facilities

High chairs can be provided for toddlers. 

Availability

Children under five stay for free and children aged 6 to 13 years can stay for half the adult rate.

The Blencathra guest house can be found by travelling along the A171 from the North or either the A165/ A171 from Scarborough (South) or A169 from Pickering / York (West).
