A welcoming warm sunny porch that leads you inside, where on the ground floor, you will find two beautifully decorated double bedrooms, one featuring its own en-suite walk-in shower room, basin and WC, while the second enjoys access to a cloakroom positioned off the hallway.

Head to the sitting room where you can relax on the plush seating as you select your favourite film from the Smart TV with a modern gas fire.The kitchen dining room is the heart of the house where you can cook up a storm in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a smart TV on the wall, while looking out the three windows with sea views, ready to savour meals at the dining table or alfresco out in the rear garden. From the kitchen head out of the backdoor and down the stairs to the enclosed rear garden, with access to the undercroft, Utility room, Games room and Cinema room.
