This lovely mid-terrace Victorian property is located in North Bay in the seaside town of Scarborough. With just a short stroll to the beach, it is ideally placed for large family gatherings to spend time together in this popular coastal resort. The choice of attractions in the immediate area is enviable, with just a five-minute walk to Peasholm Park and the open air theatre, that hosts many big names. Scarborough Cricket Ground is just along the road and a little further is the renowned Stephen Joseph Theatre in the Round, founded by Aan Ayckburn. Of course, the beaches are the main pull, with North Bay, the quieter beach, just around the corner. Enjoy a walk along the promenade to South Bay and the small pretty harbour, with the castle ruins perched high on the cliff top. The surrounding countryside is a must, with the spectacular North York Moors on the doorstep and quaint fishing villages such as Robin Hood's Bay and Staithes to discover. With so much on offer, this delightful property provides a superb base for a varied and restful holiday.

This historic market town, with its full range of amenities and traditional shops, pubs and restaurants, serves as the official gateway to the North York Moors National Park. Enjoy a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway, where Harry Potter fans can even explore some of the locations used in the filming of The Philosopher’s Stone! The Beck Isle Museum is also well worth a visit, with its unique collection of black and white photography and displays of rural life.
