Nestled within the country village of Snainton are two attractive, stone and pantile cottages which sit at the foot of the North Yorkshire Moors and is an ideal location from which to explore the popular coastal resorts of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey. Snainton boasts two pubs serving food, and an excellent children s playground. Visit Dalby Forest with its good walking, mountain biking and Go Ape for the more adventurous! Enjoy a meander around Pickering to visit the castle and Beck Isle Museum, railway enthusiasts will enjoy the famous North Yorkshire Steam Railway, while the historic city of York is full of great attractions. Experience Scampston Walled Garden with its renowned restaurant. Foodies will delight in Malton the food capital of Yorkshire, with its annual food festivals held in May. Enter into the large and light hallway and you'll find a heated coat closet which is ideal for drying wet coats on those damper days.
