Guests say

The Nest - 9 The Landings in Filey is highly praised for its stunning sea views, excellent location, and overall cleanliness. Guests appreciate the well-equipped, comfortable, and dog-friendly apartment, with many noting its peaceful atmosphere and proximity to local attractions. While the top-floor location means a fair number of stairs, most guests found the effort worthwhile for the views. Some minor issues were mentioned regarding the comfort of the sofa, TV functionality, and kitchen equipment, but these did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience.

Multiple guests commented on the apartment being very clean and tidy, with only one mention of dirty windows. Overall, cleanliness is a strong point.

The location is consistently described as excellent, with beautiful sea views, easy access to the beach, and proximity to town and local attractions.

Guests found the apartment comfortable and homely, but several noted the sofa/futon was not as comfortable as expected, and the stairs were challenging for some.

The apartment is generally well-equipped, but some guests noted missing kitchen items, minor maintenance issues (e.g., broken blinds, bulbs, TV in bedroom), and limited storage.

Some guests were disappointed by the lack of welcome basics such as milk or tea bags. While gifts are not guaranteed, the absence of these small touches was noted.
