About this Bed and Breakfast

Andrew & Sarah would like to welcome you to the Forge. We are a warm & friendly guest house in a quiet location only 40 yards from Crescent Gardens, close to all amenities including the bus and railway station, and only a few minutes walk from Filey's award winning beach and town centre. Just a short drive will take you to the lovely Yorkshire Moors countryside and villages.

Bedrooms

All our rooms are very tastefully decorated and furnished. On the first floor we have a double and a twin room and on the second floor a king size and two double rooms, all have beautiful en-suite facilities and soft bedlinen, fluffy towels and quality toiletries. We provide a generous hospitality tray, TV with Freeview and hairdryer.  

Breakfast

We have a five star food hygiene accreditation and we pride ourselves on our award winning breakfast, using top quality local produce (supporting local businesses) comprising of sausage, best back bacon, delicately flavoured vine tomatoes, locally grown mushrooms and free range eggs, all served with or without black pudding. We're happy to cater for special diets, please inform us before your arrival.

Our dining room is a very pleasant place to start the day, and we serve between 8:15 and 9:00 am but if you require an earlier start please let us know. 

Other Facilities

We make every effort to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay and we're very happy to provide any extra services you may need such as booking a table for you at a local restaurant or a taxis for your night out.

We know the area very well and can give you lots of suggestions of things to do and places to go.

Please note we cannot accept pets.

Availability information

Please complete booking enquiry form to check availability. We require a £30 deposit non refundable to secure your booking within 5 days. Children from 5 rs up to the age of eleven - £20 per night sharing with 1 adult.

Directions to The Forge Guest House

On entering Filey follow the signs for West Avenue long stay car park. Rutland Street is second left off West Avenue and the Forge is on your left hand side towards the bottom of the street.
