Sleeping up to five guests, the cottage has three inviting bedrooms, one of which features flexible zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as super-king or twin beds, making Harvey’s Place ideal for families or groups of friends. There is an en-suite bathroom alongside a stylish family shower room, while the accommodation is predominantly arranged on one level, with just a couple of steps leading into the bedroom area.

Surrounded by eight acres of private land, Harvey’s Place offers a wonderful sense of space, peace and privacy, yet is perfectly placed for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and the market town of Richmond. The welcoming George & Dragon in Hudswell is within walking distance, while Richmond itself can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot. Back at the cottage, an enclosed courtyard provides a lovely spot for outdoor dining, with a table and chairs and a BBQ for relaxed summer evenings. The property is also particularly well suited to walkers and cyclists, with secure bike storage and plenty of countryside to explore from the doorstep.

Please note, whilst the property is predominantly on one level there are two steps between the living area and the hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
