What a great place. Greeted by the owner explained everything. The extra goodies like chocolate, butter, bread etc were very nice. Bus into Harrogate very easy to catch just up the road. Would highly recommend

Overall enjoyable despite some small issues (shower temperature unreliable, broken sink plug in bathroom, loud creaky floorboards upstairs). Comfortable lounge. No wifi. Parking good. Shame no outlook from back windows, but understandable as they overlook owner's garden. No outside space to speak of so rather claustrophobic. Owners friendly and provide a basic starter pack.
