The accommodation is ideal for friends and families and has been carefully furnished and decorated throughout. The property is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, adjoining ancient woodland Bank Woods, which is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. Guests have exclusive access to the nature reserve. With the added benefit of being within easy reach of Pateley Bridge which is just 4 miles away, where you can enjoy a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms.
The spa town of Harrogate lies just 12 miles away and has a Victorian Spa Baths, which are well worth a visit. There is a wide selection of both high end and high street shops, combined with a large selection of pubs, restaurants and Betty’s tea room where the afternoon tea is a must. The ancient historical city of York is 28¼ miles away, where you will find ancient winding cobbled streets, a Gothic minster, museums and lots more. The National Trust properties of Studley Royal and Fountains Abbey make for a lovely day out and are just a short drive. This area is also ideal for keen cyclists and walkers. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 3¾ miles.

A lovely place to stay in and use as a base to explore Nidderdale. The house was clean and well presented, especially the downstairs space with the kitchen leading through into the lounge. There were lots of places to explore nearby and a nice walk within the conservation area that is around the house.

Great place for our weekend walking holiday. Plenty of room for five blokes and walking gear. We were able to walk from the back door. Very well equipment house with ev charger at a good rate.
