Yellison is tucked away in the Yorkshire Dales, just outside the historic market town of Skipton, sleeping eight guests in four delightful bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. This comfortable farmhouse, a stunning detached retreat is perfect for a multi-generation gathering, or friends in need of relaxation and fresh Yorkshire Dales air to recharge those batteries. Guests can take full advantage of the scenic walks, wild swimming, and reconnecting with nature, all located less than ten minutes from from the fabulous village of Skipton.

Surrounded by rolling countryside and spectacular views from almost every window, Yellison, is quite simply the perfect base and destination for guests seeking a hideaway within easy reach if charming Yorkshire villages and market towns. A gravelled pathway guides you into the main entrance. Enter into the grand, welcoming open-plan dining kitchen featuring a large range cooker, modern appliances, and seating for ten guests. Boasting a wood burning stove, the sitting room becomes a cosy haven on chillier evenings. A convenient super-king bedroom (bed that can be converted into twin beds on request) with en-suite bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs, three further bedrooms (a super-king that can be converted into twin beds on request, a double, and a another super-king) also have the luxury of en-suite bathrooms with free standing bath and walk in shower.

Outside to the front of Yellison, the garden is laid to lawn and makes an idyllic spot for dining al fresco or playing games with the children. Secure bike storage is available in the adjacent outbuilding.

Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Broughton has been home to many production companies over the years, with Broughton Hall and the magnificent grounds featuring as the backdrop to many shoots, including Emily, Gentleman Jack, Woman of Substance and of course All Creatures Great and Small, as the home of Mrs Pumphrey and her infamous dog Tricki Woo. Rich with family history, Broughton's present owner, Roger Tempest is the 32nd generation.

The estate provides wonderful walks, cycling trails, wild swimming, sweat lodge, sauna and access to the award winning Avalon Wellbeing Centre, home to an indoor swimming pool, steam rooms, PT Studio and sauna, all of which are available on request (please contact us for more information).
