About this property

This barn conversion is a real delight, with 360-degree views of beautiful unspoilt countryside, including the magnificent Penyghent, and in the far distance, the infamous Pendle Hill. Guests entering the building at the ground floor level will be met with a spacious open plan farmhouse-style kitchen with a bespoke range of kitchen units, a central dining area, and a cosy snug, ideal for the morning coffee and newspaper, TV and outstanding views across the meadows to the distant fells. A short staircase leads to a spacious sitting room with stylish furnishings, a modern wall-mounted electric fire and access to the raised patio area. A delightful double bedroom, a modern shower room and a useful utility area complete the first floor. The spacious second bedroom is located on the top floor and boasts a fabulous super king-size bed, where Velux windows create a bright and cheery feel to the room. Outside, there is a raised patio area on the gable end, boasting fabulous views and a great place to sit and plan the following day’s adventures. Settle is a popular market town situated at the south west rim of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The market day in Settle is held on a Tuesday and the town has shops, restaurants, pubs and a public swimming pool. The famous Settle-Carlisle Railway crosses some of the most beautiful and inspiring upland scenery in the country and the natural attractions of Malham Cove and Gordale Scar are well worth exploring. Also within driving distance is the nearby towns of Skipton and Malham.
