Smart TVs in lounge and snug. Enclosed patio with seating and secure rear courtyard for bike storage. Off road parking for 1 car. Electric car charging point at cost on meter (payable via an app). Shops and pubs within 10 metres. The market square opposite the property gives 2 hours of free parking between the hours of 8am 6 pm with a parking disc, available from most shops, it is free to park there overnight from 6pm 8am.. 24 hour public car park within a 5 6 minute walk.
