A beautiful modern bathroom and walk-in shower and two stylish bedrooms make this a luxurious cottage of real distinction. With 360-degree views of beautiful unspoilt countryside, including the magnificent Ingleborough, this is a Settle cottage not to be missed. There are many footpaths and bridleways in the immediate vicinity, plus cycle hire is available in Settle. Nearby attractions include the Falconry Centre, the four-day market at Skipton, Skipton Castle, the Three Peaks and the Settle to Carlisle Railway line. With the Dales and the Lakes both within easy touring distance, this cottage makes a superb holiday destination, any time of the year.
The market town of Settle lies at the south west rim of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in North Yorkshire. The market place is surrounded by local businesses, the centre being dominated by the Shambles, a historic 3-storey building with shops on two levels and houses above, and the Town Hall. There is a good selection of restaurants and pubs and a public swimming pool. The famous Settle-Carlisle Railway crosses some of the most beautiful and inspiring upland scenery in the country.
