Two king-size bedrooms offer a well-planned arrangement for families or friends travelling together. Each room includes a 4K Smart TV and its own en-suite, fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. One of the en-suites also includes a washer/dryer, ideal for longer stays or muddy countryside walks.

The open-plan living area forms the heart of the lodge. A plush sofa faces the fireplace and Smart TV, creating a natural gathering point for evenings in. The kitchen is neatly arranged with ample appliances, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and wine chiller. A kettle and toaster are also provided, making mornings simple and fuss-free. Whether you’re planning the day’s outings or sharing a meal, the breakfast bar and dining area offer space to come together. Outside, the balcony is furnished for relaxed moments with a morning brew or an evening drink. The undercover hot tub adds a touch of indulgence, inviting you to soak and unwind while taking in the fresh Lincolnshire air.

A delightful coastal village set at the mouth of the River Blyth in the Suffolk Coast National Nature Reserve. This place is perfect for a chilled break by the sea. It offers a small range of delightful shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés to choose from. The nearest town is Southwold just a short trip over the River Blyth, accessible via the foot ferry, or by walking/cycling across the foot bridge. It offers a good selection of amenities as well as a museum and a lighthouse. Walberswick offers both the beautiful sandy beach, as well as the stunning heathlands just waiting to be explored.
