We really enjoyed our stay and the only reason I haven't given in 5 stars is due to there being no outside light near the hot tub so in the evening/at night it is pitch black, so could be a bit of a health & safety issue. We left the bathroom light on which shone some light through, so managed. The lodge was very very warm - after searching for a thermostat and completing a "morning after first night" feedback email, a member of staff advised us there was no thermostat and to turn the boiler down (even though there was a sticker on stating DO NOT TURN UP OR DOWN!) The staff were very friendly and nice and couldn't do enough for you - we were visited a couple of times to ask if everything was ok and were we enjoying ourselves. We visited the garden centre attached to the park and had a lovely breakfast in the cafe (which has a bar attached) - pity the pub next to the park was undergoing refurbishment, but will be an added bonus when opened. The lodge was very clean and we were given a little welcome box with tea bags/coffee/sugar/washing up liquid/cloths etc, together with 2 small bottles of prosecco, which we thought was a really nice gesture. I wouldn't hesitate in coming back and would recommend a visit.

This was one of the smaller lodges we have been to at willow pastures but still a lovely size! The lodge we had was located next to reception but was still very private, with a covered fence around the decking to provide privacy when using the hot tub. There wasn’t any storage for food in the cupboards but wasn’t a problem as we were only there for 3 nights. We would definitely stay in this lodge again :)

Had everything we needed but too small for 2 adults and 2 dogs
