Aldbrough 3.8 miles. Located in Withernwick near Aldbrough, East Yorkshire is Church View, a homely, three-bedroom bungalow. Complete with a private garden, well-equipped living spaces, and located a car journey away from the coastline, Church View offers a lovely base for six guests, looking to tour the county. Park up on the private driveway and step indoors, to be met by the kitchen/diner, fully-equipped for a self-catered stay, where you can prepare meals to be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. The living/dining room offers plenty of space to gather, with a woodburning stove to light on cooler days, whilst the rear garden is a haven for alfresco dining and basking, with several areas to unwind from. Three double bedrooms are on offer, one of which benefits from an en-suite shower room, whilst a bathroom services the rest of the guests. With Aldbrough nearby you'll have plenty of shops and eateries to visit, whilst The Falcon Inn pub is a stone's throw away, where you can dine and enjoy a tipple. Aldbrough is a small village in East Yorkshire, on the coast between Hull and and the seaside town of Hornsea. There are two pubs serving food, a fish and chip shop, two shops for any essentials, a Post Office and a beach. A short drive away is a 15th century country estate, known as Burton Constable Hall and Grounds, which offers tours. Spend a day in Hornsea, where you can visit the museum, enjoy the lovely gardens, take a dip in the sea, explore the amusements and arcades, have a night out in the ample bars and eateries, or visit the Bugtopia Hornsea Zoo. In the opposite direction, visit the city of Hull, which is home to The Deep, a popular aquarium, Hull Minster, England's largest parish church and the Spurn Lightship, which you can take tours round. Also Hull offers a great opportunity for an evening out with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, many of which look out onto the beautiful dock and marina.

Secluded peaceful location. All the home comforts . Comfy beds with good quality linen. Couldn't fault anything. We would highly recommend .

Perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds are the comfiest beds (gutted to go back to my own)! Fresh towels, welcome treats for us and our 4 legged friend - very welcoming. Owners were great and on hand for any help needed without being intrusive. Even posting us some items we left behind. Local pub lovely but unfortunately not pet friendly but plenty of pubs within driving distance to visit. If you like a curry try Hornsea Tandoori, nicest food we have had in a long time and delivered to us no problem. Definitely would recommend this lovely home from home, thank you!

We all appreciated the welcome packs. The kitchen is very well equipped, with the addition of an air fryer since our last stay. A set of food storage boxes would be another great addition. Falcon pub, a few minutes away does superb food, but disappointed they decided not to open NYE or NYD this year. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to Church View, we love it.
