The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower. Patio doors give access to the huge decked area overlooking the fabulous views. Bedroom two has a double bed with Smart TV, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. Additional family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space is an entertainment paradise! Featuring comfy sofas and a large 65-inch Smart TV - perfect for movie nights. You will never get bored as you have a choice of playing a game of pool or table tennis on our combined pool/table tennis/dining table, or challenging your opponents on the football table or retro arcade games machine. The generous kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Two more sets of patio doors lead to the expansive wraparound decking area with several seating areas and comfy rattan seating allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery. Steps lead down to a patio area with secluded outdoor hot tub, all with show stopping panoramic countryside views. The recently fitted tilt and turn gazebo over the hot tub now ensures you can enjoy it in all weathers. Perfect for families or groups of friends alike.

Lovely spacious lodge, 1 king, 1 double and one twin room. Comfortable beds although a few decent size dips in the mattresses but considering I have a bad back I had no issues sleeping comfortably. It was pretty warm during our stay but opening all the windows and propping doors open kept it cool enough.2 bathrooms, the en suite shower did drain very slowly, someone did come to check it but it was only a small issue.Living room and King room both have huge smart tvs, the twin room has a small tv but not in the double room. Also the arcade machine and foosball table to enjoy.Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of utensils, good sharp knives, lighter and bbq tools. Plenty of various trays, bowls and pans.We did have an issue with the fridge when we arrived, it was struggling to cool down but one quick call to the out of hours number the friendly gentleman (cant recall his name, sorry!) came to us within the hour and brought us a small fridge freezer to transfer out stuff into. The main fridge was fine by the next day but we were grateful to not have to worry about the food we had brought. He came to follow up with us that everything was ok which was again very appreciated.The hot tub was beautiful, nice temperature and we enjoyed sitting ther in the evening watching the crows, rabbits and pheasants. We even spotted a barn owl a couple of evenings which was a beautiful sight.The only thing i would say could be improved upon would be the decking and outside area, there was a lot of bird droppings and looked like it could do with a good clean and a couple of railings on the deck/stairs were a little wobbly. But there is plenty of seating to enjoy the outside space.We will no doubt be back again, its our little oasis away from the madness of the world which considering its 20 minutes away from home is amazing they manage to create such a peaceful place.The tea room on site is always a wonderful visit, yummy food and friendly staff. And dont forget to treat yourself to some delicious Burgess ice cream, or a little pup sized pot for your pups.
