Presented very well and was immaculate when I arrived. Everything you need close by for food/ food shopping and places to visit. The sea is only 40 minutes away to Hornsea. The enclosed garden is perfect if you take your fury friend and you can relax knowing they are secure and safe too. Little touches of fresh flowers/milk/biscuits/tea and coffee were very welcomed and I definitely didnât expect it (thank you so much) Would definitely recommend and can guarantee Iâll be coming back for sure.

Had a nice quite time. Lovely roaring fire - really warmed up the place so quickly; had to open the windows! Sat outside one night with the fire pit (you need a new one btw as rusted and falling apart, much older than pictured) book and wine and saw hedgehogs in the garden. Got most of what you need in there, only observations - could do with a new firepit as mentioned, a little upright hoover rather than dust pan and brush as on your hands and knees and also new pots and pans as they were pretty worn out. Would also be nice to have more than just a couple of days worth of fire wood, had to go and buy more, but you do have the benefit of a little electric fire and radiator in shower room. But all that aside I absolutely adored it and would definitely visit again.

It had everything you could need and more. The welcome pack of milk and goodies was a lovely unexpected touch. There are plenty of things to do around the area and loads of amenities just a short drive away. We will definitely come back, thank you for a lovely break.
