Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.. Situated within the grounds of a working farm and carpentry business in the picturesque hamlet of Grindale, Spring Farm Barn offers a relaxing retreat with its rustic characteristics of exposed beams and chalk wall, open view, log burning free standing fire and fully equipped farmhouse kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious and offer en suite facilities. Also the luxury of an enclosed garden with hot tub to use privately during the day or under the stars at night!
Please note that the hot tub is emptied every Saturday and may not be up to temperature on your arrival.
There is a £100 security deposit payable by bacs, 1 week prior to your holiday. Please phone the owner for her bank details to arrange.

We had a lovely stay here just before Christmas. What a fantastic hidden gem of a place, it was super spacious but still very warm and cosy. Excellent and well lit enclosed garden for the dog, lovely hot tub. Only a few minutes by car into Bridlington and surrounding places, plenty to see and do. We'd love to come back in the summer! Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week as a family of 4 with our springer Milo The barn was lovely very clean had everything you needed for a comfortable stay . Well equipped kitchen . Towels for hot tub. Lovely log fire for the cozy nights . Bedrooms very comfy . We had the best stay with Milo beaches all within a 20 minute drive so Milo got exercises daily and we had great weather for October .Would highly recommend Would definitely stay again ***
