We just love this pod’s location which is just a stone’s throw from the village pub. It also has a private hot tub and is ideal for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, York and the East Coast.. 1 step to entrance.

This is my second visit to the Halifax pod .very warm and comfortable even though could do with a new mattress as springs pop up . WiFi non existant this time which was a disappointment as it states free WiFi. The addition of a hot tub this time was fantastic. The pub staff very friendly and helpful and the food is great. Lovely and peaceful very relaxing break away. The pod could do with a microwave just to heat up meals that you bring back ! All in all a great place to stay .

Lovely Glamping pod just a few niggles not very clean inside the pod quite a few cobwebs floor was dirty also no welcome pack or dustpan and brush , could do with a new mattress as not comfortable. In need of a microwave as it’s a self catering pod .we asked for the outside to be cleaned which it was but there was a dirty ashtray on the outside table when we arrived . On the plus side Hot tub was amazing cleaned daily also the local pub was lovely with great food
