We enjoyed our stay in Iris ,the bungalow is well equipped, would be better with grab rails outside as the step is quite high and an outside light at back of property,we will definitely be returning

The property would benefit from an outside light round the back as it's very dark, the bungalow is well equipped, beds comfortable, nice quiet area and only a short drive into Bridlington

We went to among other places York, well worth a day. The only slight problems were aerial TV reception is unreliable and patchy but as we are not great TV watchers not an issue. Struggled with the heating instructions which I struggled to comprehend but of course that could just be me.
