Please could you text our Site Manager Dawn on the morning of your arrival with an ETA.
This will help us ensure you have the best possible welcome at our very busy Park.
Our Arrival Times are from 4pm till 7pm. (Please call us asap if you believe you will be later than 7pm, this is so that special arrangements can be put in place to accommodate you)
Please note that although we do our absolute best, there may be the odd occasion that your hot tub may not be up to Maximum temperature on your arrival. This is due to the deep cleaning process that we must do on each hot tub every turn-around day.
Only The Saddlery & The Tack Room Allow pets, all our other cottages are NOT pet friendly.
Please note that our park does not allow any large commercial vehicles on site.
Fishing is free of charge for cottage guests, we allow 1 rod per guest for free.
Please book your fishing peg at reception each day of your stay & follow all our site's fishing rules.

Guests must inform reception if they are having visitors as they must sign in and out at reception.
Any visitors to the guests in the cottages must pay for parking and cannot stay past 11pm.

Amazing little cottage with everything you need. Comfortable twin bedroom and massive shower with rainfall head. Robes and towels were provided for the hot tub separate to you towels for the bathroom. A lovely little welcome hamper was given which was a nice touch. We stayed in a pet friendly cottage although you would never have guessed there had ever been one in there it was immaculate.Hot tub was drained and cleaned before our use which was an added bonus! Only downside if your coming as a couple the hot tub is overlooked despite the privacy fence

Second stay in the Tack Room. Has everything you need for a basic self catering holiday. Nothing fancy. Beds very comfortable. Rooms were clean except for the shower tray that needed a good clean. Freeze box on fridge needs defrosting
