This property has a natural water supply from a spring.. Rurally located amongst farmland and approached along a well kept farm track, the cottage boasts oak beams and exposed stone work. Enjoy walks or cycle rides from the doorstep, or meander along footpaths through meadows, moorland paths and the nearby Leeds to Liverpool canal. Skipton ‘The Gateway to the Dales’ is close by with castle, shops, pubs, restaurants and swimming pool. Kildwick is close by and has a pub serving food. Bolton Abbey is perfect for a day beside the River Wharfe. Ilkley has quality shopping or enjoy fishing, riding and golf locally.

Hutter hill west. Is a beautiful accommodation. It’s cosy, feels like home and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The views are fabulous and there is plenty of things to do in the area, even on a wet day. The host is always helpful if you need anything. We would recommend a stay here and we will definitely stay again.
