We were in the area for work, and the location was perfect for our needs. The cottage was well-equipped and ideal for those travelling with dogs, plenty of space and great for dealing with muddy boots after a day out. The only minor downside is that itâs located opposite a pub/restaurant, so thereâs a bit of light and some noise on the weekends. However, it didnât detract too much from our overall experience. Overall, it is a lovely place to stay, especially if youâre travelling with furry companions!
Robert
We have marked 4 for accuracy as a shop was never to be found and there was no indication in the literature in the cottage to say where it was. Re 4 for really maintenance. A bed side table lamp that did not reach a socket, and no instructions on how to operate any of the kitchen appliances was to be found. Despite these two smallish points, (and two days of torrential rain) we really enjoyed the whole break made all the more enjoyable by the cottage warm and cosy cottage.
Emma
The cottage had everything we needed. Even squirrels in the garden for Dashi our bullterrier to watch from the sun room
