Ryepiece Cottage is a delightful Grade II listed building, tucked away within the ground of the owners 18th-century thatched farmhouse, resting within the village of Ettington, close to Stratford-Upon-Avon. This charming property is filled with charismatic charm and warming underfloor heating to provide you and your loved one with the perfect base for a romantic break in beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Upon entering the property, be charmed by the open-plan living room, housing everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday, including a well-presented kitchen, dining area and a sitting area, ideal for relaxing in front of the electric woodburner whilst enjoying a favourite film. As the evening draws to a close, head to the bedroom, where you will find beams to quietly reflect the history of the dwelling and a convenient en-suite shower room, hosting a walk-in shower, basin and WC. During the warmer months you can enjoy relaxing in the garden or take a short stroll to the village pub for a well-deserved meal and tipple of your choice. Just a short drive takes you to Shakespeare's birthplace, Stratford-Upon-Avon boasting a lovely river setting, stunning buildings and many lovely pubs and restaurants, and the attractions including Anne Hathaway's Cottage, the Church of the Holy Trinity and the Stratford Butterfly Farm. Why not explore one of the many National Trust properties or the unspoilt Cotswold towns. Ryepiece Cottage promises a wonderful retreat, whatever the weather.
