Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests reported the property to be clean and tidy, with only a few isolated incidents of cutlery and glasses needing additional cleaning. One guest mentioned stained bedding, but this seems to be an exception rather than the rule.

The location is highly praised for its tranquillity, stunning views, and proximity to local amenities and a gastropub. Despite some difficulty in finding the property due to signage issues, guests love the secluded feel and the surrounding countryside.

Guests find the property comfortable, with a cosy atmosphere and a safe enclosed garden. The bed is mentioned as comfy, and the property provides a relaxing environment, contributing to a high level of guest satisfaction.

Facilities are generally well-received, with all necessary cooking facilities and a good shower. Some minor points were raised about maintenance, such as the access to the upper lawn area and an Alexa speaker not working, but these do not significantly detract from the overall experience.

While guests appreciate the overall experience, there is no specific mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to score this category.

Had everything we needed and was close enough to amenities if you run out. We could have happily stayed for longer. Garden enclosed so perfect for the pooch to run around in.

So peaceful and relaxing. Close to amenities, we stock up on food and beverages and shut the world out for a few days, but that’s just us, there are plenty of walks and places to visit too. We love Robins Nest and will be back next year if it’s available. Enjoy the peace x

6-7 O’Clock on Saturday morning. Burning off old plastic, wood , rubbish. Exploding tins or old gas canisters. Thick choking smoke. I ran out with a view to calling the fire brigade and was surprised to see the culprit on his digger pilling on rubbish to his fire. Not the best start to the day, nor was I expecting to have to scrub the ash off the car. This is not the owners fault. Normally the landscaping would obscure the yard and there is a great unobstructed view over miles of open countryside. It’s just on that particular day their neighbour was a bit of a git!
