Boasting eight bedrooms, this retreat is perfect for all the family to come along and make the most of a charming adventure filled holiday. Children will especially love the owner's donkeys and chickens. On the ground floor you will find a utility room, close to an open plan kitchen, with an AGA cooker, a breakfast bar and dining table. Here you can prepare your favourite meals. On this floor, you will also find a super king-size double bedroom (can be a twin on request), elegantly designed with bedside tables and lamps, and a wet room with a rainfall shower. The living area is where you will want to be, relaxing on the corner sofa in front of the wood burner for a peaceful night in. Light and airy, this space is perfect for feeling right at home. The stairs from the living room lead to a twin bedroom which can be a king-size on request. A separate staircase leads to a further four bedrooms, two super king-size doubles (can be twin bedrooms on request), a triple room with bunk bed and a single bed, and a family room providing even more space for extra guests, accompanied by a classic en-suite, and benefiting from the nearby family bathroom. For those looking to plan an even bigger adventure, the adjoining Ostler's Cottage, boasts a characterful mezzanine and an open plan living area for those wishing to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the main cottage. Visit the nearby Churnet Valley Railway, an attraction for steam enthusiasts and families alike. Nearby is Leek, surrounded by moorland countryside.
